Job Description
KinCoast Physio is looking for passionate, driven RMTs to join our team.
We are looking for one full-time or two part-time RMTs. Flexible hours available!
Compensation is negotiable! Decide whether you want to be a contractor or commission-based employee!
Some job demands:
- Assess the patient’s needs and provide the most suitable treatment
- Evaluate effects of therapy and communicate patients’ progress
- Record and document patient care services with electronic charting
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- RMT with good standing
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Critical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
