To provide exceptional and professional spa services offered by Sapphire Day Spa. To adhere to the the Spa health and safety protocols, policies and procedures. To provide excellent communication with clients and team members that aligns with the mission and values of the spa. To provide effective treatment and recommendations for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide an exceptional guest experience.
- To provide approved services in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- To actively promote the spa, treatments, services, boutique and staff.
- To achieve retail, retention and rebooking targets set out by the spa.
- To manage client files including SI’s, notes and recommendations.
- To be knowledgeable about all the spa history, treatments and services.
- To be knowledgeable about the spa industry and its trends.
- To follow all spa procedures and protocols including time allotted.
- To handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally.
