The clinic provides a full-service business environment.

The owners (with 11 and 16 years experience as RMTs) are happy to provide mentorship if desired.

The clinic is therapeutic-oriented, with many of our patients presenting with complex conditions.

New grads are welcome, especially with a passion for therapeutic treatment and desire for ongoing professional growth.

We’ve thoughtfully designed a contractor fee structure that’s team-oriented, equitable, and flexible. Our fees are percentage-based with a floor and ceiling, and the percentage decreases from 30% in year 1 to 25% in year 6.

Given the current competitive hiring environment in Victoria, the floor and ceiling caps on our contractor fees are negotiable with prospective candidates.
