Registered Massage Therapist

What you’ll do as a Registered Massage Therapist:

❖ Assess the client’s treatment needs, cause of pain and develop
treatment plans by using our fully equipped treatment rooms with
supplies and by conducting a range of motion and muscle tests.
❖ Utilize a wide range of manipulation of techniques such as but not
limited to the following:
● Soft tissue manipulation
● Relaxation techniques
● Trigger point therapy
❖ Promotes relaxation and ensures maximum benefits of the massage.
❖ Communicate with ICBC, insurance companies, health care practitioners
and other members of the team in relation to your patient’s needs.
❖ Document and chart patient’s progress and provide medical information
upon request via full access to electronic charting and billing software
❖ Works with other practitioners as needed to ensure the patient receives
the best quality care.
