Whole Body Rebalancing
Credits CEU Value: CMTBC 8 PE/A1
October 4 – 5 with Craig Mollins
Whole Body Rebalancing is a system of connective tissue manipulation that unwinds connective tissue restrictions and whole body torsion patterns. Developed from the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Whole Body Rebalancing restores the body’s natural relationship with gravity, thereby correcting pain, strain, and postural issues.
This two-day workshop provides an intensive immersion into connective tissue manipulation. Over the two days you will learn specific techniques to address myofascial imbalances in the neck, shoulder girdles, ribcage, back, pelvis, and legs. The learning methodology balances theory, extensive practice, and plenty of one to one mentoring with the instructor.
- Learn to work with balanced, effective body mechanics, giving you more power and endurance in your practice.
- Learn a three-session protocol that rebalances the entire structure with gravity.
- Discover how to work in connective tissues rather than just on them.
- Develop a felt sense for deep connective tissue work.
