Mojo Massage & Wellness is a fresh, welcoming massage and wellness studio located at Johnson & Cook in downtown Victoria.
Our boutique space is clean, professional and conveniently located in an area with good pedestrian traffic, directly across from a Federal Government office. Â It is ground level with a no-step entry and modern curb appeal. Â
Our goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for both clients and practitioners. For RMTs, Mojo offers the opportunity to build your own practice without the expense and hassle of setting up and operating a clinic from scratch.
You build your RMT practice; we provide the space and infrastructure around you.
We’re looking for an RMT who is excited to establish and grow their own practice within Mojo Massage & Wellness Ltd.
This could be an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or newer RMT looking for a great downtown location to begin building a loyal client base. Â We’d also be happy to hear from an established RMT looking for a fresh new space or a more central downtown location, neatly surrounded by condo towers and a large Federal Government office building (CRA).
Mojo can provide the treatment room, massage table, linens and laundry, JANE online booking and scheduling, payment processing, cleaning and general clinic infrastructure — allowing you to focus on your patients and growing your practice.
We’re flexible on the financial arrangement and open to either a percentage-based clinic split or fixed daily/monthly room rental. We’re happy to work with the right candidate to find an arrangement that makes sense for both of us.
Provide professional Registered Massage Therapy services to your patients
Build and maintain your own RMT practice and client relationships
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Manage your availability through the Mojo’s JANE scheduling system
Maintain all professional and regulatory requirements for practice as an RMT in British Columbia
Help maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming treatment environment
Communicate professionally with patients and the Mojo team
Contribute to the friendly, positive atmosphere we’re creating at Mojo
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CCHPBC, or eligible for registration upon graduation
