Real World Experience
Our Public Intern Clinic is open to members of the public, which allows students to learn and improve practical skills while helping people who have a real need for Massage Therapy.
CCMH is committed to helping improve our community. Our Outreach and In-reach programs offer opportunities for treating community members with certain health conditions, and allow students experience in providing hands-on healing. In addition to a weekly Clinic shift, students must complete, at minimum, (i) 30 hours of Outreach/In-reach clinical practicum; and (ii) 64 hours of hospital placement. All clinical experiences are organized by CCMH staff and supervised by Registered Massage Therapists. To find our more, please visit Clinical Practicum Program.
Our Massage Therapy program builds a strong understanding of the human body through competency based instruction, with hands-on learning, including over 330 hours of practical clinical training. Upon graduation, our students have successfully attained the knowledge and skills of healthcare practitioners.
Small Class Sizes
Our small class sizes allow for personal attention and easy access to educational resources. In our practical classes, the ratio is a maximum of 12 students per instructor.
CCMH faculty love teaching, and wish to pass on their dedication and expertise to our students. All our instructors are highly credentialed and our faculty members include RMTs, chiropractors, physiotherapists, medical doctors, and doctorate-degree holders.
High Provincial Test Results
Our graduates are fully prepared to succeed at certification examinations, which include both practical and theoretical components. CCMH students have been continuously awarded top marks at the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) registration exams.
Our diploma is recognized by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and provincial associations across Canada. Our College is registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education’s Private Career Colleges Act. As of April 1, 2009 graduates who have passed regulated exams from legislated provinces are able to work coast to coast, including British Columbia.

At CCMH, we provide our students with three different starting options each year. This enables you to commence your education at a time best suited for you: January, May, or September.
