Overcoming Exam Anxiety

It is that time of year again. Courses are winding down and students are buckling down to study for their exams. Some students may experience different levels of stress or anxiety around exam time. While a certain level of anxiety can help you to perform, higher levels that are accompanied by worry and self-doubt can result in poorer test results. We hope that the following tips and suggestions can help to alleviate some of the stress around exam season.

We would like to wish all of our students well during exams. Don’t forget to collect the materials you will need and check the location and time of your exam. We’d wish you good luck, but after all of your studying and preparation, you won’t need it!
