Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a form of manual therapy that aims to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical and emotional well-being. It involves the manipulation of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, using various techniques such as kneading, rubbing, pressing, and stretching.
Therapeutic massage can be used to address a wide range of health issues, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, headaches, insomnia, and sports injuries. It can also be used to promote relaxation and improve circulation, which can help with conditions such as hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
During a therapeutic massage session, the therapist will use their hands, fingers, elbows, and sometimes even their feet to apply pressure to the soft tissues of the body.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage is an effective way to reduce stress, relax tight muscles and increase circulation.
During a relaxation massage, a massage therapist uses a variety of techniques to release tension and promote relaxation throughout the body. These techniques may include long smooth strokes, kneading, and gentle rubbing of the muscles.
Relaxation massage is a great option for anyone who is looking to take some time to unwind and destress. It is a gentle and soothing form of massage that is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and unwind, a relaxation massage can be a great way to soothe your body and mind.
Focused InReach Clinics
Focused Inreach clinics are designed for specific population groups and are also available for the public to book.
To ensure our students are provided with the opportunity to treat a wide range of conditions and patient populations during their massage therapy program, patients with specific injuries, illnesses and pathologies are invited to receive condition specific treatment in our focused inreach treatment clinics, held weekly on campus, at reduced prices.
These clinics are not private rooms but are done in a large room that has tables in curtained-off treatment spaces. We cannot control the amount of noise during treatment times. Some require a doctor’s referral note.
